Thank you both Dom and Dean, and the office for understanding my needs. I purchased a couple new appliances Refrigerator and Dishwasher and the delivery company had all of these requirements before they would install. When I called they knew just what I was talking about and came out and updated my water line and installed the new tubing for the fridge water. And reassured me that my valves were fine and did not need replacing.
They held for the job. When the appliances were delivered two missed deliveries by them, everything was in order for them to quickly and efficiently install everything. I have used everything and tested it. Everything works great. And I like having the new updated plumbing with shut off valves and no bent copper tube. It's very proper and professional. Thanks again to Battavio they know our condo complex peculiarities and there are few.

This company has helped me out at the worst of times. When our plumbing or heating has stopped working (especially in winter), they are always quick to show up and honest. Plus they are locally owned and family run. No more calling around for a second opinion too. Very happy customer for years now.
