Jeff is a 1994 graduate of Ohio University (BS - Civil Engineering). Jeff joined CAS Engineering in 1996 and oversees the Montgomery County division, with a specific emphasis on residential development. Jeff lives in Frederick, Maryland with his wife and three children. He organizes the annual Greater Potomac Golf Classic benefitting the Julie Ann Robertson Cashour (JARC) Memorial Fund. The JARC Memorial Fund is valued over $500,000 and has provided more than $230,000 in assistance to charities involved with Neurofibromatosis (NF) or other deserving charities.

After design approvals are received, we offer the full range of construction stakeout services to see the project through to completion.

We offer Permit Processing Services for projects located in Montgomery County and the District of Columbia. Leveraging our knowledge of the permit processes, we obtain demolition, sediment control, right-of-way, building, and other construction-related permits on behalf of our clients. Additionally, using our custom-designed and proprietary database, analytics, and permit tracking system, with only a few mouse clicks our permitting team can monitor the permitting process to ensure timely reviews and responses.

As development across the D.C. Metropolitan Area has expanded, so has our firm. We work in neighborhoods such as Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Columbia Heights, Capitol Riverfront, and NoMa as part of many top re-development teams. Our renewal projects range from razing dated single-family dwellings and constructing new walkable neighborhoods, to demolishing obsolete commercial buildings to make way for mixed-use high-rises.
