We have been surveying in Western New York, primarily in Monroe, Wayne, Ontario, Orleans, Livingston, Genesee, Allegany and Wyoming counties since 1990. We are members of the Genesee Valley Land Surveyors Association and The New York State Association of Professional Land Surveyors. Our experience is very diversified in that we specialize in servicing the public with private residential lot surveys, farm and commercial surveys, and ALTA/ASCM surveys. We also do work for engineering and architecture firms with larger projects, such as, subdivision design and layout, topographic surveys for design work and site plans, as well as, construction site layout for buildings, utilities and roadways.
