We specialize in providing "rush" surveys, so that the "deal" will get to the table. We understand, that in the often-volatile real estate market, you don't always have the luxury of giving the surveyor a couple of weeks to perform his work. We regularly turn around surveys in one to two days, sometimes even the same day, however we will never under any circumstance sacrifice the quality of our products.
These surveys are required by title companies, lenders, and some county permit departments. If you are securing a loan or in some cases if you need a permit for a simple addition, sun room, or deck, this survey may suffice, however if the addition is to include a bathroom, kitchen, or substantially increase the size of the home, the county may require additional surveying and engineering work. This survey does not identify property lines. A boundary survey will include a "Location Drawing" and will mark your property boundary corners.

Alot of Ocean City Md homes and other homes all over Md are built above the level requiring flood insurance, But if you get a $475 FEMA Flood Survey done, you can get "flood Insurance" for very liittle $$$$$.(typicall y $300-600/year) It would be a WISE investment!!!
