Lennon, Smith, Souleret Engineering, Inc. provides surveying services for commercial, residential, industrial, development projects, municipal infrastructure, utilities and other unique projects located in Pennsylvania and the Tri-State region. LSSE maintains state of the art surveying resources including the latest VRS equipment and software as well as conventional survey equipment necessary to quickly and efficiently prepare property and topographic surveys, exhibits and drawings for various project types including wastewater, water and related facilities; roadway design/rehabilitation; parking facilities; telecommunications; oil and gas utilities; stormwater management; flood protection; and site development.
LSSE's civil-site engineering unit provides the full range of site planning, design, permitting and construction phase services necessary to meet development needs in the municipal, commercial, institutional, industrial, residential and utilities markets. LSSE's dedicated team of professional engineers, landscape architects, designers, CAD technicians, surveyors and GIS/mapping technicians have completed hundreds of successful projects in a wide range of environments ranging from pristine greenfield sites to challenging brownfield/industrial riverfront environments.
LSSE provides the full range of services necessary to assist in site location, feasibility and subsequent design, bidding, permitting and construction phases for site development projects in the municipal, institutional, industrial, commercial, residential and utilities/energy markets. Engineering and surveying services for over 180 project sites including an 833-acre industrial park site; 50 big-box commercial sites; 15 warehouse/package delivery sites; residential developments comprising of over 3,500 housing units; brownfield redevelopment; and special, multi-use recreational, commercial and residential sites.
Lennon, Smith, Souleret Engineering, Inc. (LSSE) provides civil-site roadway and infrastructure engineering services for residential developments. Projects have involved over 3,500-housing units, including single and multi-family subdivisions throughout south-western Pennsylvania. Sites have ranged from small one-acre or less to 600-acre green-field developments. LSSE provided civil-site engineering services for land development, stormwater, permitting, and surveys for a 100-bedroom personal care facility.
Lennon, Smith, Souleret Engineering, Inc. (LSSE) provides civil-site and infrastructure engineering services for industrial clients and industrial/mixed-use park developments, plants and buildings, commerce centers and parking lots. Sites have ranged from small one-acre or less to large 833-acre developments. Contracts have included conventional design-bid-build, as well as design-build programs wherein LSSE participated as the lead civil-site design firm. LSSE provided control/baseline surveys to JA Jones/Traylor Bros. Inc. for construction of the Braddock, Pennsylvania lock and dam on the Monongahela River and control surveys for the fabrication of dam components at the Leetsdale, PA fabrication/casting cell.
