In addition, construction services including construction stakeout, construction observation, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan inspections and construction administration are offered. Full survey services from property surveys, topographic surveys, flood elevation surveys to construction stakeout, plot plans, As-built surveys and ALTA surveys are provided.

At the end of 2004, Michael J. Davis, L.S. retired and in November 2015, Luigi Palleschi, P.E. ABD Engineers, LLP is a civil engineering and surveying firm with its office located at 411 Union Street, Schenectady, New York. The firm currently consists of approximately 15 employees. The founding Partners of the firm have worked together since 1981 and are recognized for their knowledge in all facets of civil engineering.
