Serving the Mid-Atlantic area from our headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland since 1985, the firm has managed numerous industrial, commercial, institutional and residential projects. Each of the projects are managed by one of the four principals of the firm, with ongoing supervision of each project, including weekly strategy meetings held by the partners.
Colbert Matz Rosenfelt, Inc. (CMR) has been in business since 1985 providing Civil Engineering to a wide variety of Commercial, Residential, Industrial and other projects. CMR's services include civil engineering, landscape architecture, surveying, and land planning. There are four Registered Professional Engineers, one Licensed Land Surveyor and one Registered Landscape Architect on staff. CMR performs services throughout the Mid-Atlantic, focusing on Maryland and Pennsylvania. CMR recently acquired the firm of Datum Services, which provides a full range of permitting and zoning services.
