Robinson & Sawyer, Inc. provided pervious/impervious area mapping for Freightliner's 105 acre facility in Gastonia. Robinson & Sawyer, Inc. provided design for the replacement of approximately 1,465′ of storm drain pipe along with associated drainage structures. The project also included design surveying and as-built maps upon completion of the project. Miscellaneous storm drainage improvement projects involving design surveys, analysis and design, construction document preparation, easement acquisition surveying and mapping.
Robinson & Sawyer, Inc. provided plans for a new self-storage facility at the intersection of Gaston Day School Rd. and Hoffman Rd. in Gastonia. The plans for the new 34,000 sf, two-story facility included new utility services, stormwater quality and detention basins, and a small parking lot. A public water line exension was also required to provide water service to the site. Site plans provided by Robinson & Sawyer, Inc. for a new building on the current site included a significant extension to the existing parking lot as well as new storm drainage.
The site design for this 81,000 sf warehouse expansion included a bioretention pond and stormwater detention pond as well as a new drive entrance from the adjacent road. The parking lot and driveways were designed to accommodate large trucks arriving and leaving the site. Existing utility services also had to be replaced. Robinson & Sawyer, Inc. has provided design servies for numerous projects at the FMC plant in Bessemer City. The projects range from parking lot reconfigurations and additions to dam removal plans for existing ponds.
