Scanlon Engineering Services, Inc. (SES) was incorporated in March, 2004. SES is located in Griffin, GA and is only 39 miles south of Atlanta, GA. SES' core business is civil engineering and land surveying. Collectively, our personnel have over 90 years of professional civil engineering and land surveying experience. We offer our clients a relaxed but professional environment in which our staff, backed by top of the line equipment, provides innovative and cost-effective solutions to our clients' needs.
The survey department at SES has been a local leader in providing quality surveying techniques to contractors, property owners, builders and land developers. Our highly experienced and expertly trained survey teams use GeoMax, Topcon and Trimble total stations, and Trimble 5800 R8 survey equipment. In order to increase speed and accuracy of survey information, SES subscribes to the eGPS Survey network. We take pride in our ability to quickly respond to our client's needs.
Our private engineering experience encompasses land planning, design and project management of residential developments, commercial and mixed-use developments, industrial projects, and more. Our public projects have included municipal storm water planning, analysis and design, along with storm water and sanitary sewer, potable water design, and roadway design. Our staff are actively involved in the planning, design, and permitting of each and every project to ensure that each client is provided with exceptional service and a thorough and complete set of construction documents.
