CESI Civil-Geotechnical-Surveying is a multi-disciplined design and consulting firm specializing in civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, and professional surveying. CESI was established in 1978. For almost 40 years CESI has provided due diligence, design, and construction support services for residential, industrial, and institutional projects throughout the Charlotte region, across North Carolina, and in neighboring states. With complete land surveying and mapping services CESI is able to easily staff and complete large projects. Our survey crews are equipped with GPS equipment for static and RTK surveys, data collectors, Leica total stations, robotic total stations, pathfinders, and leveling equipment. GPS surveys in the two Carolinas utilize the virtual reference station network established by the North Carolina Geodetic Survey and South Carolina Geodetic Survey to quickly provide accurate and complete surveys with attention to detail.
