Although our primary focus is on the design of residential subdivisions and the ancillary engineering associated with them, we also have broad experience in hydrology, site planning, surveying, design of waste treatment and in the design of reinforced concrete and steel structures. Since 1988, SEI has designed, surveyed, and provided engineering services for over 175 residential subdivisions, provided civil designs, construction staking, and surveys for numerous hotels, restaurants, apartment complexes and other commercial sites.
