We are a medium sized Land Surveying company based in Western North Carolina and are locally owned and operated by Rob and Jamie Brady. Rob is part owner and President of Blackrock Surveying and Land Design, PC. A graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill and a loyal Tarheel fan, Rob has been a licensed surveyor for almost 10 years. Rob began his surveying career at the age of fifteen where he learned the basics of Surveying from his uncles, Leo and Eddie Boswell. During the summer and winter vacations he worked side by side with his family learning the principles and methods of Land Surveying.
It is our responsiblity to protect this asset through proper planning and conservation. We work with our clients to promote the best use and design of a site. We are experienced in an array of projects, ranging from urban infill with.10 acre lots to boundary surveys of 100 acre tracts. We collaborate with the customer, planning officials, architects and engineers to determine what services are necessary for each individual project. Land Surveying provides a diverse offering of services. Some services are tailored to the residential property owner, while other services are more technically involved and used by engineers, architects and developers.
