When performing boundary surveys, we research our property as well as adjoining property to insure that no gaps, overlaps or other issues exist. Topographic Surveys are requested for design projects or volume calculations typically. We recognize the importance that they be as accurate as possible. Baseline's standard is to establish a known elevation on-site and to use a series of checks that allow us a level of comfort with our field survey results. Proper utilization of our software helps us to generate contours in the office that are accurate and precise.
