Since its founding in 1974, George A. Shimp II and Associates, Inc. has been providing professional surveying services to the state of Florida. Based in Palm Harbor, on Florida's west coast, we have made a commitment to excellence and staying on the cutting edge of survey technology. Our field crews, in addition to their collection of traditional land surveying equipment, currently utilize "Robotic Total Stations", Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) GPS and static GPS. Our expert draftsman utilize Autocadd/Softdesk to prepare our surveys to the highest standards.

Although the majority of our work is performed in the Tampa Bay area, we can offer a proposal for work anywhere in the State of Florida. We have performed surveys as far south as Lake Okeechobee and as far north as Pensacola.
