An important part of our business involves construction monitoring and materials testing. Our highly-trained technicians and AASHTO-accredited laboratories are equipped with the tools essential for properly testing the components of construction, such as concrete, soil, aggregate, steel, masonry, and asphalt. TTL knows the safety of our clients and communities depend on our results and we do not take that responsibility lightly. We are driven to serve our client's every need and we continually evaluate, monitor, and test ourselves to provide our clients with superior data, services, and solutions.

TTL is proud to share our experience, energy, creativity, and dedication to our clients by providing civil engineering services to both the private and public sectors. Our clients value and depend on our experience in addressing their present and future needs. Past projects of the firm principals showcase significant experience in various market segments including municipal, residential, institutional, commercial, transportation, recreational, industrial, health care, and utilities. Having a broad base of experience along with an ability and willingness to be responsive, TTL is able to meet the demands of any project size and schedule.

TTL was contracted by Chance Partners to provide Civil Engineering services for the 7.5-acre Riverfront Village Multi-Use Development that includes multistory, multifamily residential, ground floor commercial/retail space, wrapped parking deck, and hotel overlooking the Black Warrior River. The project consists of 4 separate buildings and is located at the northeast corner of Greensboro Avenue and Jack Warner Parkway, adjacent to the Tuscaloosa Amphitheater and downtown Tuscaloosa. An unusual, but anticipated, challenge presented itself in that the project was to be constructed on property located almost entirely in a floodplain.
