This project is the design of a new store location. Our firm was responsible for all engineering plans and specifications for the project, including ODOT roadway widening and easements, other roadway widening, utility connections, grading, drainage, pavement, and cost estimate and all local and state approvals. The project is a mixed-used development designed to serve the City of Brunswick's need for a community focal point, gathering place, and city center. A development divided into five distinct and unique neighborhoods, the plan provides living, shopping and entertainment opportunities while offering a unique natural setting.
This project is a multi-phase subdivision with all the amenities. The design includes single family homes and cluster homes lost with open space and a clubhouse. Our firm was responsible for all engineering plans and specifications for the project, including roadways, utility extensions, grading, drainage, pavement, wetlands, cost estimate and bidding documents, construction layout of all improvements and all approvals from state, federal and local authorities. This project is a multi phase apartment complex with all the amenities.

Services used in these projects include house staking and topographic surveying, boundary surveying, lot splits, and FEMA - flood certification.
