Schoel Engineering has been in the land surveying business since 1888 and even created the first maps of the City of Birmingham. Since those early days, the profession and its professional standards have evolved tremendously but Schoel's unwavering commitment to quality and precision has remained the same. Whether it's a three-acre ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey or a 400 acre industrial development, our "Survey Department" uses leading edge technology such as Robotic Total Stations, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV), Digital Levels as well as Global Positioning System (GPS) units utilizing the National Geodetic Surveys (NGS) Continuously Operating Reference Stations (CORS) to provide our clients with efficient and accurate solutions to their various surveying needs.
