Every day they reinforce the values that form the AEI culture. AEI is always looking for qualified engineers, designers, surveyors, and landscape architects to add strength and depth to our core team and accommodate our growing business. We believe in smart growth in our communities and within our organization.

Balancing needed and necessary growth with the preservation of our natural resources is one of the greatest challenges facing today's businesses and governments. We respect and understand the complexities of creating harmony between civil engineering, construction, and our environment.
Our philosophy is to develop sites that meet client objectives, while ensuring they are functional, compliant, aesthetic, and ready for construction. AEI combines your vision with the realities of existing site conditions and engineering best practices to deliver an optimal site layout and return on your investment. We provide comprehensive site development services that effectively incorporate roadways; parking and site circulation; utilities including water, sewage, and drainage; stormwater management; and all associated surveys and inspections associated with site planning.
Bridge and structural designs can range from a simple mock-up to complex architectural or engineering designs. Regardless of the type of structure, it has a meaningful impact on its surroundings - both in aesthetics and utility. AEI takes pride in the bridge and structural engineering services we offer. Safe, economic, and innovative structural designs are signature strengths of AEI. Our structural team is so sought after that not only do clients choose us time and again over our competitors, but our competitors seek our partnership for projects involving structural design and consulting.
