Architectural Innovations Design

Based out of Columbus, Georgia, Architectural Innovations Design Group, LLC (AIDG) was established to bring a higher level of architectural services to the building owner. Too often the building owner's program is lost to the architect's design preferences and theories. It is our belief that buildings can be constructed to affordably meet the owner's program needs and still bring an aesthetic that improves the overall quality of the urban setting. We also believe it is important to support our local community, providing our services, gratis, to The Chattahoochee Council Boy Scouts of America and Columbus Area Habitat for Humanity, among others, to help develop responsible citizens and, as architects, to help provide affordable housing to those trying to better themselves.

Evaluation of the contractors progress during construction to ensure compliance with the owner program and the contract documents. The architect's services normally includes periodic review of the work in place, review of contractor provided drawings to ensure the contractor understand key components prior to installation, and evaluation of contractor pay requests.
