I talked with several plumbers before I went with Swift. I talked with Roy from Swift and he was by far the most knowledgeable and professional. He didn’t try to sell me anything extra, showed me how to perform some basic maintenance, and was cheaper than anyone else. They do give a veterans discount as well. I will go with Swift fo all my future plumbing needs.
we had the experience unlike no other we never called swift to do any work for us a outside vendor called them to our location to repair there water lines, which was ronoco coffee and they didnt pay swift on time so swift decided to file a property lean on our property which had nothing to do with the bill.they had in correct names of said persons responsible i called and spoke to the lady in billing and she herself got on a 3 way call with me and swift and the issue was discussed between all of us they had identifed they had paid them and a week later we recieve a lean on property. the company is terrible when it comes to customer service the worse part of this is we never even ordered service from them. they should have adressed there issue with ronnoco coffee but instead of doing there issue with the right person they direct it at the buisness that had nothing to do with there call.
Swift plumbing and heating installed a water heater in correctly. Paid 150 to have a flute put in and started. Their tech started but took a water pipe apart and didn't reconnect right causing it to go out. The tech came out again tried to light it and said it wouldn't light. They took the 150 without finishing their. They are a horrible company and the owner is a jerk. Don't use this company.

Recently my 60 year old cast iron sewer line broke in my crawlspace, which also went under the garage floor. I knew this was going to be a major job to fix, due to the sewer line going through the crawlspace wall and underneath the garage floor. The employees from Swift Plumbing were very professional and knew exactly what to do. They worked for 2.5 days to complete the job and everything went very well.

Mr. Swift came exactly when he said he would, removed my toilet and vanity. Repaired the pipes in my wall, put every thing back and cleaned up after himself. He finished within the time he had estimated.
