Sands Decker is an established Ohio based engineering and surveying firm providing civil engineering and land surveying services for a variety of state, municipal, educational and private clients from our offices in Logan, Columbus, and Zanesville, Ohio. Sands Decker has provided surveying and civil engineering services, including permitting, for city, county, and rural office expansions, manufacturing facilities, and industrial projects. In addition to office expansions, we also provided civil/site design for dimensional, storm water, sanitary sewer and erosion control drawings and specifications. Sands Decker will work with the general contractor on the design build project to design, permit, and construct projects and in some cases, allow for future expansion.

Sands Decker has provided surveying, civil engineering design services, and permitting for single-family and multi-family residential development sites. Some of the services included the design of curb and gutter streets, storm sewer systems, sidewalks, sanitary sewers, waterlines, and lighting. Special attention was given to off-site drainage ditches and culverts along with conducting traffic studies.
