(WHA) is a professional, award winning, multi-discipline organization, unique in both its capabilities and credibility, licensed to provide professional civil engineering, structural engineering, architectural design, and professional land surveying services. WHA has been providing professional design and land surveying services to municipalities, townships, counties, state agencies and private enterprises since our inception.

Land Surveying is fundamental in Willett, Hofmann & Associates, Inc.'s history. WHA has maintained an archive spanning over 75 years of survey records. Our survey crews are well trained and equipped with state of the art equipment for all surveying projects, including survey-grade GPS (Global Positioning System) receivers, robotic total stations, electronic total stations with digital data collectors and digital levels. Vital information and measurements can be downloaded to computer drafting stations, kick-starting the generation of necessary plats or maps to get a project underway.

Willett, Hofmann & Associates, Inc. provides comprehensive boundary surveys that are prepared in accordance with the standards specified by the American Land Title Association (ALTA) and the National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS). Willett, Hofmann & Associates, Inc. provides land surveying services for renewable energy projects such as solar and wind. We provide land surveying services for a range of different project sizes and complexities.

WHA works across Illinois and 8 other states to provide signed/sealed calculations, drawings, and details for various temporary retention systems and structural/geotechnical sequences for Contractors to construct and complete any structural project. WHA offers comprehensive design services for new buildings, structural assessments for existing structures, building code assessments, inspections, retrofits, rehabilitation of existing structures, and additions.
