Our team of experienced, professional experts provide superior service to both public and private sector clients throughout central and northern Minnesota, with offices in Brainerd and St. Cloud. Mr. Kramer has nineteen years of experience working in the disciplines of civil engineering and land surveying. He began his career working in the areas of highway engineering and highway construction inspection for the Minnesota Department of Transportation (Mn/DOT).
