I am writing this letter to compliment Air-Pro Master and their professional staff for demonstrating the true meaning of customer satisfaction. We came home from out of town after traveling for a family funeral and found our unit broken. We called several companies that day, which was one of the hottest days of the year. All the other companies were busy and said they could not even see us for at least another 1-3 days, but when I called Air Pro at 1:15 p.m, they said. "the technician is on an appointment, but I will ask him to see you next".

They came out to my house that same day. Mind you we live in Las Vegas where the temperature gets 110-118 degrees. That weekend was one of the hottest (115 degrees). I expected great service and they delivered! I needed a Brand new Unit (Furnace and Compressor). The old unit was 18 years old. Their work was absolutely superb, thanks to Mr. Caesars and Mr. Greg, who worked diligently, they were Professional, Helpful and Polite, they didn't drag their feet, they didn't dawdle around.

They even put down covers to protect our floor while they were working and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished, they did not leave one shred of dirt. Honesty and great customer service are hard to find in the service industry today but we found it was Air-Pro Master. Mr. Ed, the pricing could have been a little bit more competitive, but it is evident that you put your customers in high regards and we thank you for providing such fast, honest & friendly service!
