Smith (Rick), CEO, established raSmith in 1978 with three founding principles: stability, quality and innovation. Rick started the company with just 10 employees who provided civil engineering and land surveying services primarily to local governments in southeastern Wisconsin.

Our resident engineers, construction managers and inspectors bring their breadth of know-how and foresight to every project. We view a project. Our development management, real estate-minded professionals guide property owners and land developers who are embarking on a national rollout, new franchise, or an individual land development project. We provide a menu of services that includes due diligence, zoning and permitting, entitlement.
