When you select Clapsaddle-Garber Associates (CGA), you have a team of talented, experienced land surveyors and engineers at your fingertips. CGA has served communities in Iowa for over 60 years. We opened our doors in 1959 in Conrad, Iowa and moved our headquarters to Marshalltown, Iowa in 1971. Today, we have offices in Ackley, Ames, Cedar Falls, Marshalltown, and Webster City. CGA is wholly owned by the six Principals of the firm, assuring the utmost in concern for the successful outcome of CGA projects and the relationships we nurture with our clients.

CGA recently had the honor to assist Grinnell College with several improvement projects. We partnered with EYP architects to complete the design and construction of the new $90 Million HSSC complex. The project included a 3-story addition to joining the historic Alumni Recitation and Carnegie Halls on the west side of campus. CGA assisted in. CGA completed 12 new tennis courts and three pickleball courts at Marshalltown High School. This joint Marshalltown Community School District/City of Marshalltown facility replaced the original eight asphalt courts and added a new entry feature, restrooms, storage structure, lighting, west parking lot, and stair connection to the existing MHS east parking lot.
