Commercial projects range from small single user office buildings to multi-building office campuses. We approach each project with creativity and objectivity ensuring our clients achieve their goals. Our firm performs all of the civil engineering, surveying and permit approval services from the initial project concept through construction and the preparation of final As-Built surveys. Institution projects are another component of our diverse portfolio. Site locations vary but typically are located on campuses of universities, high schools and elementary schools.

Retail projects range in size from less than one (1) acre to several hundred acres of development or redevelopment. Typically, retail developments consist of multi-users such as big box retailers, grocery stores, minor anchors, boutiques and restaurants. Reshaping a site's topographic profile is one of the major civil engineering challenges associated with retail developments. Our firm has developed construction drawings for shopping centers accommodating nearly one hundred (100) feet of difference in vertical elevation.

Development of multi-family projects is one of our firm's specialties. We are committed to creating a facility whose core consists of potential utilization of flowing creeks and waterways as well as numerous pond features. The storm water designs include complex control structures and pumping systems to serve as a storm water management plan and an on-site continually flowing water system. All of the utility designs, storm water systems, pavements and grading plans are prepared by our firm as well as expediting approval and permits.

Industrial facilities and industrial parks are another area of our expertise. Our firm optimizes the development of industrial sites by balancing the need for multiple storm water drainage controls, utilization of landscaping buffer areas and maximizing on-site circulation of tractor trailers and employee vehicles for ease of safe ingress and egress.
