Involvement: Our involvement in this project proved our company flexibility, revealing that our services are not limited to Franklin County alone. Our dedicated staff quickly came up to speed on codes and regulations outside our norm. From early, preliminary planning, to final stakeout, our hands-on approach ensured the success of this project. Involvement: WSE was involved in this project from start to finish. Our survey team performed the initial boundary and topographic survey and staked out all of the infrastructure and structures.
Involvement: Autumn Leaf Estates was located, planned, and engineered by WSE. During the planning stages, the City of Washington requested the entrance be located to the south to create a four-way intersection. We represented the owner in negotiations with the City for a relocated entrance. WSE prepared all required design plans for MODOT and the City of Washington as well as completed all required permitting from the Corps of Engineers, MODOT, DNR, and the City of Washington. Involvement: Work included design, permitting, surveying, site development plans, stakeout, and construction inspection for both phases of development.
