After working for the family land surveying business in LaPlace, Louisiana for nearly twenty years, Stephen P. Flynn, P.L.S. and Donna A. Flynn started Riverlands Surveying Company, LLC in 1994. Starting in 1998, Riverlands Surveying Company LLC decided to expand and become a statewide survey firm by deploying crews all across the state of Louisiana for commercial and industrial projects. Today, the only thing that has remained the same since those early days is our commitment and our mission, "To provide unlimited services to a limited number of clients."
