Our land development engineering design includes site improvements such as parking lots, curb and gutter, sidewalks, storm water drainage, storm water retention and storm water detention, water services, sewers, utilities, and more. Civen's engineering design includes drafting of the "blue prints" needed for permits and obtaining construction bids and construction contracts.
