During the past 60 years our company has amassed more than 130,000 property records, including those from other local surveyors: Robert Gallaher, James Beall, Art Bechart, and William Keck. We work with a number of local businesses including Architects, Engineers, Builders, Attorneys, Realtors, etc. Please visit our Referrals page to find contact information for these businesses. The majority of our projects are for residential properties. We can take you from the first step (topography) through the building process, to the final survey required for your building inspection.
Marking property lines accurately is highly recommended before fencing is placed. Generally we start with a site visit/corner recovery to locate any existing property corners prior to determining if you may need a full boundary survey (ISP) in order to accurately mark your property lines. Also known as an ILC. This particular survey is often required by Mortgage or Title Insurance Companies before the sale of a property. An ILC shows all existing improvements on the subject property, such as buildings, fences, power lines, water well, septic, leach field, driveways, etc. Distances from the property line for major structures are also shown.
