MSE has extensive surveying experience including boundary, topographic, easement, right of way, and engineering surveys. MSE has extensive experience in providing civil engineering and surveying services to government agencies and as well as the private sector. Provided full engineering design site redevelopment for the expansion of the school, including: construction staking, observation, inspections, and review of RFIs. MSE coordinated with the owner, architect and contractor to provide value engineering during both the design and construction phases. Design of 1.1 miles of base course access road and grading for a six (6) acre site for a new state park facility, including design, construction staking and coordination with work force contractor and as built survey.
