Verify the pricing PRIOR to accepting the service visit and PRIOR to them doing any work. Asked how much it would be to come out, they said we normally require an hours worth of work for a quote, but let me come see what the issue is and I will let you know. Came and fixed the issue in 15 minutes without informing me of any cost. Invoiced me later for $130. You can get other plumbers to come to address your issues for MUCH less. My issue here is the lack of information or pricing PRIOR to visiting and/or doing work (not the work they did). When I spoke to them they were not willing at all to work with me based on the scenario- total lack of customer service or understanding. There are many other plumbers in the area- I suggest contacting them first.
