REDCON Land Surveying has been providing surveying, mapping and geographic scanning services for 35 years. Through cutting-edge technology we offer law enforcement agencies high-definition 3-D scanning results for forensic projects like accidents or crime scenes where critical mapping, courtroom presentation plats, and expert testimony are essential.

At REDCON, we understand that the hard work and dedication of our entire team is essential to your project's success. Our team is comprised of highly qualified professionals who possess all of the necessary skills to complete your land surveying projects on time and on budget. With the level of talent and versatility on board, we can both provide you with superior service and produce an accurate quality project every time. Our field project managers have knowledge and experience that allow them to make key on-site decisions to avoid delays and costly mistakes.

REDCON is pleased to offer a complete line of land mapping services in Utah and the Intermountain West (Idaho, Wyoming, Nevada, and Arizona). REDCON employs the latest non-invasive techniques to detect position and provide depth information on pipes, cables and drainage services. Utilizing conventional cable location tools such as electro-detection equipment, we also employ Ground Penetrating Radar techniques to locate plastic pipes, voids, fiber optics and other underground anomalies. Buried utility information can be provided as a simple mark out on the ground, or color coded data overlaid on to your topographical plans or as a full topographical survey incorporating our positional findings.

REDCON's professional land surveyors use the timed-flight, pulsed 3D laser scanner to take a three dimensional image of the item or geographical area being scanned. Areas that previously had to be "touched" to obtain survey data are now captured completely from a distance of up to 200 meters away. Our 3D scanning services are available throughout Utah and the Intermountain West (Idaho, Wyoming, Nevada, and Arizona). The 3D laser scanner system sends multiple beams; the REDCON technician pre-defines spacing of these beams over the surface being scanned.

At REDCON, we can help you save time and money on your engineering, design/build, or mapping projects through one or several of our surveying solutions. Our licensed land surveyors adhere to strict standards when documenting and sharing surveying data, so you can be sure your projects are accurate and legally viable. REDCON is pleased to offer a complete line of land mapping services in Utah and the Intermountain West (Idaho, Wyoming, Nevada, and Arizona). The main objective of property boundary surveying is to determine the location of land ownership lines.

An ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey ("ALTA Survey") is a comprehensive boundary survey that addresses various areas of concern to lenders and title companies. There are a number of items required to be shown on ALTA surveys that are not shown on typical boundary surveys. All surveys performed or coordinated by REDCON comply with the current Minimum Standard Detail Requirements as adopted by NSPS and ALTA. Our ALTA survey services are available throughout Utah and the Intermountain West (Idaho, Wyoming, Nevada, and Arizona).

Avoid costly, time-wasting errors by working with REDCON's experienced land surveyors who can handle complex, large-scale projects during every stage of the project lifecycle - from existing condition surveys to construction layout and "as-builts". Onsite, REDCON crews use their expertise and advanced land survey technologies to capture accurate data and set accurate field points. At our offices, in Bountiful, UT (Salt Lake City/Wasatch Front metro area), all data and calculations are verified by highly-skilled staff as part of our rigorous quality control process.

The main objective of property boundary surveying is to determine the location of land ownership lines. The current parcel and abutting parcel deeds are traced back in time to develop a "chain of title". This allows the property boundary surveyor to understand the original description of the parcel, as well as determine any potential "junior-senior rights" associated with adjoining parcels. Once the research is concluded, we conduct a field examination to discover any boundary evidence, such as iron pipes or rods, monuments, walls or fences.
