MBESI is owned by Jeff L. Robertson, P.E. and Kevin R. McClure, R.P.L.S. and employs three professional engineers, two graduate engineers and two licensed surveyors, plus an experienced staff of draftsmen and field personnel. Land development projects include extensive water, sewer, street and storm drain design, all of which are required to meet local drainage and standard requirements and platting procedures. These projects require a storm water retention/detention plan to meet city standards. All of our land development projects include site grading and drainage plans based on the latest available data. Thoroughfares follow different criteria based on public or private usage. Both, however, require attention to site grading and drainage in accordance with city standards and specification and/or state department of highways and public transportation (TxDOT) specifications.
