At Epic Engineering, we design solutions and build dreams. Twenty years ago, we started providing professional services related to civil projects. Since then, we've grown to become a multi-disciplinary architecture and engineering firm, providing engineering, design, and construction management in municipal, industrial, commercial, and residential marketplaces. Our team of diverse experts works together to understand our clients' needs and help them through every step of the process, from idea to completion.

By providing services to municipal entities over the years, Epic Engineering has been able to strengthen our skills in the management, inspection and quality control of construction projects. This experience has allowed Epic Engineering to better understand the importance of making sure that infrastructure is installed properly as eventually those improvements become the property of the municipality. Epic Engineering has developed a very skilled and qualified construction management crew. Three different municipalities use our crews on a full-time basis to meet various development and construction related needs.

Epic's geotechnical engineers work across a spectrum of project types and sizes-from small commercial jobs to large municipal roadways, from preliminary feasibility studies to design and construction testing. We can help you examine site materials and conditions, detecting any issues with site materials in order to make sure structures and facilities will perform safely and successfully. Since our inception, we have made it a primary focus to provide exceptional in-house materials testing services to our clients.

We offer professional, licensed environmental engineering and planning services that benefit individuals, communities, and the environment. We are proud members of the U.S. Green Building Council, helping to promote sound environmental building practices and principles.

Epic Engineering provides professional design and structural engineering services to a variety of clientele. Our capabilities include commercial, institutional, residential, and accessory unit design and engineering. We work closely with architects, residential design professionals, municipalities, contractors, and homeowners to provide structural engineering services. We use Revit Architectural 3D software, as well as AutoCAD to create our structural plans and specifications. With Revit, we can create variations of renderings to provide various options to our clients, with the 3D capabilities bringing projects to life.

Our surveying team consists of licensed professionals and experienced surveyors-in-training with a broad breadth of experience. We have a combined 80+ years of experience in all manners of construction surveying. We utilize the latest technologically advanced equipment to perform all of our construction staking projects. We have survey crews that are fully equipped with total station conventional and GPS equipment. Our crews are able to quickly send and receive valuable data from the field to the office, in order to maintain the highest level of efficiency.

Our inspectors are familiar with standard construction methods and specifications and work to ensure infrastructure is installed properly and in adherence with standards and specifications. Epic Engineering is also familiar with governing codes such as the 2015 I codes: IBC, Fire, Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical Codes, and will utilize these standard specifications as well as the specifications as detailed on the construction drawings to closely monitor, document, and approve work during construction.
