Our firm is an Oregon Corporation based in Prineville, OR, having two corporate partners, and has been in the land surveying and civil engineering business in Central and Eastern Oregon since 1977. The areas of expertise that we specialize in includes boundary surveying, cadastral surveying, topographic surveying, utility corridor surveying, site surveys, route surveying, construction staking and engineering associated with roads, utilities, subdivisions and partitions. We also feature the services of a Certified Water Rights Examiner (CWRE).

Armstrong Surveying & Engineering, Inc. was founded in Prineville, Oregon in 1977. Our firm provides land surveying, civil engineering, and water rights examiner services to a diverse client base and through the years we have formulated strong business ties with the neighboring Central Oregon counties as well as the communities throughout the region. Our expert services have incorporated a wide ranging list of project services to land developers, property owners, utility companies, ranchers & farmers, contractors, and even government entities.

Armstrong Surveying & Engineering, Inc. specializes in many land surveying services. Our land surveyors offer everything from the most basic to the most advanced land surveyor techniques. The subdivision or partitioning of a tract of land into smaller parcels, showing monumentation and survey data on a map, in conformance with local ordinances and Oregon State Law. Whenever a new parcel of land is proposed, the project will need to conform to local jurisdictional ordinances and be reviewed and approved by the appropriate planning department.
