ASPI provides Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, Land Use Planning, and Wetlands Studies services to private landowners, residential & commercial developers, cities, counties and other public agencies. We are well-versed in our profession. We use our skill to give property owners, home builders, contractors, architects, and businesses accurate data about the parameters and logistics of their property. We are licensed and insured. We are active members of the Land Surveyors Association of Washington, National Society of Professional Surveyors and the Master Builders Association of Washington.

The company has grown since 1994 into a full service land use consultancy offering Land Surveying, Land Use Planning, Civil Engineering, and Wetland Studies. We tackle jobs as large as the Seahawks/Sounders Stadium, Qwest Field, while maintaining the ability to service the general public. The individual property owners, municipalities, small builders to large-scale private and commercial developers. It is a company priority to keep an eye on the whole process, to balance the needs of clients, and to meet the demands of the municipalities.

Our crews have experience staking a wide variety of projects ranging from the staking of a single-family home to providing complete survey control of a freeway overpass. The majority of our work has been in the staking of plat improvements. The variety of plat configurations and the increase of plat requirements makes the job of the surveyor increasingly more challenging. Our crews meet this task with experience and confidence. The contractors we work with particularly enjoy our crew's ability to catch design challenges before construction occurs.
