Completed in 2015, Countryside Living is a memory care facility located across from St. Charles Hospital in Redmond. The existing site had burdensome easements and setbacks, fire code restrictions, and geotechnical challenges. Working with the Architect, the City, and Redmond Fire & Rescue, we were able to determine a plan that allowed a larger building and more efficient use of the site for our client. This development will provide much needed housing to the City of Sisters as well as provide some important public improvement connections that will be a benefit to the City.

Most civil engineering designs are straightforward; however the emphasis on budget and constructability is what sets us apart. Our designs emphasize ease of construction while trying to keep construction costs within budget.
