WESI has practiced sustainable, low impact design for over 25 years. Our company is passionate about creating useful places that honor our quality of life. We base our company philosophy largely on the concept of treating the land and our clients with respect. The design and construction of transportation and infrastructure projects, from quaint neighborhood sidewalks to massive interstate freeways, involves more than just concrete and asphalt. Our belief in keeping the environment healthy also drives projects.

Rather than just diving into a project and hoping for the best, a feasibility study allows project managers to investigate the possible negative and positive outcomes of a project before investing too much time and money. As a fully licensed and insured company, our surveyors are perhaps the most experienced in Washington. Each surveyor has more than 25 years' experience and have been leaders in Washington's Survey Associations and understand the geography of this region like the back of their hands!

Most new development will require construction plans signed by a licensed engineer if proposing more than 2,000 sf of impervious areas i.e. Due to complexity of most requirements, some projects may require engineering below these amounts depending on how knowledgeable the contractor or architect is with the jurisdictional requirements. Usually about 30 minutes of research on a piece of property can give you an idea of what can be done. The cost of an in depth feasibility will depend on how much information you are looking for i.e.
