We are a full-service, field-to-finish, surveying firm based in Seattle. We provide surveying services to public agencies, engineering firms, private contractors, and architects throughout the Puget Sound region. We also service the City of Seattle for all residential surveys within in city limits. We are dedicated to providing our clients with fast response times and the highest quality service while completing jobs on time within budget! We are a woman-owned land surveying firm certified as a DBE/WBE and SCS (King County's Small Contractors and Suppliers) firm since 2003!

True North's owners bring over 52 years of combined surveying expertise and experience to each job. Licensed to practice in the State of Washington, we have developed local knowledge and many contacts in the Puget Sound area. We have experience on multiple city, county, and public agency projects as well as being familiar with their expectations, policies, and procedures. We also provide residential (within in the City of Seattle city limits) property surveys, short plats, and construction staking.

Eileen and Tim have been involved with design surveys throughout the Puget Sound and Western Washington region for the past 3 decades. Here at True North, we offer a wide range of services for engineers including topographic surveys with contour intervals from one quarter of a foot on up. We locate monitoring wells, buildings, utilities, wetlands, and any other physical features on the site. We also provide monitoring services for the movement of walls, buildings, bridges, utilities, and land. We perform tree surveys, height surveys, ALTA's, and design build surveys.

We have worked successfully with dozens of architects in the Puget Sound area on a wide variety of residential and commercial property sites. We tailor each project to your special requirements.
