The 24 hour service man, Kyle is amazing! Genuine, super nice, knew his stuff, professional and was just above and beyond amazing, all in all. We didn't even have to ask any questions- he answered them by just talking to us, telling us basically what he was doing step by step. Furnace quit working, made a call into Team Bobs, Travis was out within a couple hours did a very thorough job in diagnosing the issue and getting the heat back on. Travis was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable! The price was very reasonable also. I would highly recommend their services!
Kitchen sink faucet and sprayer leaking badly; couldn't use the sinks or the dishwasher. Jacuzzi tub faucet also dripping; just driving me crazy. I could have tried to fix these myself, but the Delta fixtures are so complex that I would have had everything shut-down for two days trying to figure out what parts I needed and what tools were required. Not like the old fixtures where all you needed to do was change a washer or "O" ring. Called Team Bob's and Plumbing Technician Cody Shoaff came out and fixed everything like new in about 1 hour. With today's fixtures, it helps to know what you are doing and have the tools and parts necessary for an fast repair. Whenever I have a heating, cooling or plumbing problem, I call Team Bob's and have never been disappointed.
