Mr. Porter has successfully completed and managed projects consisting of Commercial and Government Design/Build teams, BLM, Western Federal, Central Federal, FAA, FHand public infrastructure improvement, residential, commercial, and industrial projects in Arizona, California, Oregon, Washington, Virginia, Florida, Texas, and Wyoming.

Mr. Porter holds degrees in Civil Engineering, Business Management & Finance, and an MBA from Washington State University.
