The people are friendly and responsive. The price was fair and I was very pleased with the job performance of my technician. My house was without heat on one of the coldest winter nights of the year, so I definitely appreciate Henry Smith PHC!

I needed a more rare type of plumbing job. I needed a farm hydrant replaced. I called about 5 plumbers. Most of them didn't do this type of work. A couple never returned the call with the request for an estimate on such a job. Then I called the Henry Smith PHC. They knew what I was referring to and most importantly, they were willing to do the work. They did the work in a professional manner and I had a new hydrant that worked within 4 hours (included removing the old, digging a hole and replacing it with a new one). I appreciate their work and will not hesitate to call them again.
