Historically, a "Wright" is one who was considered to be a master of his vocation, specifically of tradesman. In ages past, a carpenter who made it his pursuit to improve houses was called a "Housewright". Today, in an age of "contractors", there is an absence of Skill, Pride and Passion in the trades. As a third generation craftsman, "Wright-ing" is in my blood. As Master Carpenters, it is both our identity and lifelong vocation. It's what we know. Lots going on right now! The Housewrights are wrapping up a super cool whole house renovaiton in Bent Creek, a Kitchen/ Bath renovation in Lititz, a trim job and other things.. Moving on to a rustic three season room renovation and large framing job soon.
Just finished up a Bathroom and Laundry Addition, with lots of fun features.. exposed brick walls, sliding reclaimed doors, custom tile shower. Still working on the whole house renovation in Bent Creek, and then moving onto another whole house renovation, custom kitchen, and a custom cedar sunroom...
