I recently contacted them with issues regarding our unit. We had been "bandaiding" it for the last couple of years and were tired of having to do the same thing over and over. Technician came out on time, and was very professional. Of course, he told us the worst news we could get but were expecting. We needed a new unit. However, he explained completely WHY and helped us to get an installation scheduled within 2 days. The crew came out 2 days later and installed a great new unit that is far more efficient than the old unit ever was brand new. Our system no longer has to run CONSTANTLY in SC summers to keep up. Talked to the Service Manager several times with a few questions and he stayed on the phone with me until I was completely happy and understood the whole process and system. They have followed up a couple of times already. We are very pleased with their services. Would highly recommend!

I highly recommend this company . I contacted them via fb message on a Saturday night -Sunday morning to try to get someone as soon as possible into my home . The explained all my options in detail . Monday morning as promised I got a call and had them at my house within 1 hour . The gentleman was very kind , he went beyond to to make sure I was satisfied with his work and installing our diaper sprayer & fixing our toilet issue. The price was great to . I believe the gentleman name was Cory .
