We recently had Schmuck install new windows and a door at our residence, installed by Allen and ken. We recently used Schmuck Lumber for a community project we were working on in Hanover. We wanted to support a local business but we definitely didn't get the services we were hoping for. When we gave them a list of supplies we needed, they missed a significant amount of lumber we needed. On the day of the project we had to go back and purchase the rest of the Lumber they missed. Two of our volunteers paid $700 out of their own pockets to cover the cost of their mistake. when we confronted them about this, they said we should have checked their quote better to make sure it was all correct. We went back and checked our paper work and the person taking the quote didn't write down all of the order. After some back and forth they have reimbursed us for the lumber we had to purchase. We appreciated their willingness to hear us out and fix their mistake.
I delivered 9 bundles of 2x4x16' lumber 4 hours there yard manager was the most ignorant person I met in 30 years of trucking and when I walked inside and asked who was the manager all sales people looked at each other very disorganized
