Jamro Contracting specializes in the finest custom cabinetry and finish carpentry. Jim Jamro, the company owner, perfected his trade slowly and meticulously from skilled craftsmen who taught him old-fashioned woodworking techniques that result in furniture that resembles art. He rapidly gained a reputation for producing very high quality, yet affordable custom cabinets.
All our cabinets are custom built, by hand, with only the strongest and the most beautiful woods. Jim uses dovetail construction to join the sides of drawers, dado joinery (a trench cut into the surface) and mortise and tenon (used by woodworkers to join pieces of wood) on all frames. This makes them extremely durable and strong. The design of each cabinet is tailored to the dimensions of your room, and to your personal taste. We can assist in the selection of doors, hardware and color that will bring out the richness and warmth of your cabinets.
