J Splittgaber after spending several years training as a carpentry understudy building local high-end residential homes, schools, and churches in West Central Florida. GJS is now operating as a general contractor out of St. Petersburg, Florida, serving the greater Tampa and St. Petersburg areas offering new construction and remodeling, big and small. In the early years, GJS operated with a focus on custom trim, remodeling, and finish work, but has delved into new full constructions under the GJS name since 2015, as well as continuing to develop remodeling methods.
