Welcome to the Southern States Millwright Regional Council, which consists of more than 5,000 highly skilled and productive millwrights from the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America. Our council was established in response to growing needs in Southern facilities such as refineries, paper mills, energy and automotive plants, and more for experienced, safety-conscious millwrights to work primarily with machinery and equipment requiring precision. We have a sharp eye for the perfect fit, even down to specifications requiring tolerances of a thousandth of an inch.
